Job Title: Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / DSP / ICF / Cleveland NC

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / DSP / ICF / Cleveland NC. This role involves providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or substance use needs in a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with health and safety procedures to ensure a safe living environment for individuals.
  • Support individuals in developing their skills and abilities to live independently.
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene.
  • Assist with medical requests and provide basic first aid when necessary.
  • Collect and report data on individual progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid drivers' license
