Warehouse Logistics Operative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Operative to join our team in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our service logistics warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and manage inventory, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems, such as SAP and ServiceNow, to track and manage inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
