About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Business Partner to join our team at Screwfix. As a Pricing Business Partner, you will play a critical role in formulating and implementing a competitive pricing strategy that drives growth and maintains customer perception while protecting margin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Trading and Category teams to formulate and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for price optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
