We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual and IT Support Specialist to join our London team, representing proAV and working onsite at a leading Global Investment Bank.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Audio Visual and IT Support Specialist to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance delivery at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for all AV teams, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Test and deploy new technology and firmware versions to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage the digital signage mailbox and phone line to resolve user issues.
  • Provide access and training to users on Appspace globally.
  • Register and update BrightSign players globally, and manage inventory.
  • Open tickets and arrange calls with Appspace to resolve issues.
  • Manage the AV Support mailbox and phone line, and schedule technicians to attend support requests.
  • Educate and inform clients on current AV booking, WebEx, Zoom, and TP procedures.
  • Remotely troubleshoot issues in EMEA meeting rooms and support ad hoc requests.
  • Provide meeting room support in all meeting rooms located in London.
  • Grant onsite access to external visitors for the London, Bromley, Camberley, and Chester offices.
  • Live troubleshoot telepresence/WebEx escalations where issues impact meetings.
  • Manage stock control and justification for consumables sign off.
  • Perform ad-hoc requests for assistance with spot checking TP meetings, and ensure correct booking and WebEx/Zoom SIPs on TMS.
  • Update documents on the BAU SharePoint to keep items relevant.
  • Update site meeting room guides in London, Bromley, Chester, Dublin, Paris, and Frankfurt.
