We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a learner on a 1 to 1 basis between 08:45- 12:00.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day activities, promoting independence and positive behaviour.
- Implement and follow care plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support both the emotional and educational needs of learners.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure individualised learning and emotional support.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Prior experience working with SEN is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with school staff, parents, and carers.
- Certificates in supporting teaching and learning are beneficial.
- Availability for part-time work, Monday to Friday, 08:45- 12:00.
- Must be able to commute to the designated location.
- Right to work full time in the UK is essential.
