We are seeking a Team Lead for Enablement Support Services on a fixed-term basis to oversee and coordinate the effective delivery of services through targeted projects, expert advice, and daily management of a dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new initiative designed to provide time-limited support to individuals in their homes. We are looking for team members who can bring their skills and knowledge to collaborate with multi-disciplinary professional teams throughout Derbyshire. Your role will be pivotal in embracing innovative approaches and ensuring that collaboration remains central to our work.

Shift Patterns: 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, and 9am-5pm
