Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Enablement Support Team Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and organizing effective provision of services through specific projects, specialist advice and guidance, and day-to-day coordination of a team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent leadership skills and the ability to create an inclusive team. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve outcomes through supporting and assisting the well-being of individuals.
  • Coordinating and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Providing specialist advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with external bodies.

Key Responsibilities

As an Enablement Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve outcomes through supporting and assisting the well-being of individuals.
  • Providing specialist advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with external bodies.
  • Ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
