Job Title: Claims Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team at NHS Resolution. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for investigating, reserving, negotiating, and settling a range of non-clinical liability and property claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and quantify claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
  • Negotiate with claimants and third-party representatives to achieve fair and cost-effective settlements
  • Manage a portfolio of complex and non-complex cases, ensuring effective case management and timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in claims management, preferably in a non-clinical setting
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
