We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Burgess Hill Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality.
