About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our ambitious regeneration projects in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of high-profile projects, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee on-site activities, working closely with contractors and addressing RFIs and site queries to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead both new build and refurbishment projects, including retrofit schemes, and develop project programming to manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act (BSA) and Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs) regulations.
  • Foster effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of post-Part 3 experience, with at least 3 years in the UK, focusing on job-running and project management.
  • Proven on-site experience and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent technical design skills and proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, ArchiCAD, and NBS Building/Create.
  • Experience in managing contracts, appointments, and team resourcing, with knowledge of UK Building Regulations and retrofit expertise.
  • Familiarity with the Building Safety Act and Principal Designer responsibilities.
