Timberlake Golf is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our esteemed golf club. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in steering the club towards its future growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the club, ensuring financial health and member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Board to implement the club's vision and strategic initiatives.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members, guests, and staff.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of approximately 45 employees while engaging with member volunteers.
  • Oversee various departments including Course Management, Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Administration, and Finance.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a hospitality or members club environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities: skilled negotiator, diplomat, and influencer.
  • High emotional intelligence to navigate complex member interactions.
  • Innovative mindset with experience in member clubs, food and beverage operations, and golf management.
  • Proficient in utilizing data to inform decision-making across various metrics.
  • Able to foster relationships within a diverse team and operate effectively at the Board level.
  • Willingness to be present at the club to facilitate member and staff interactions.
