Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Housing Management Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in housing management and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the work of the Housing Management Team in providing a customer-focused housing management service
  • Undertake 'on-the-job training' to develop skills in tenancy and estate management
  • Carry out regular estate inspections and block inspections, and follow up on actions
  • Complete routine tenancy contact with customers to ensure support issues are identified and addressed
  • Assist with administration and invoicing tasks

Requirements

  • Organized, proactive, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy, often challenging customer-facing environment
  • Comfortable using IT systems to record and present information
  • Excited about the opportunity to complete a qualification alongside the role
  • Motivated to provide an excellent customer-focused service
  • Team player with the ability to support others with enthusiasm and credibility

About the Role

This is a temporary 18-month apprenticeship, where you will be supported to complete a Housing Management Level 3 qualification. You will have a key role in supporting the work of the Housing Management Team and will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to support the delivery of our services.
