We are currently recruiting for a Night Transport Support Administrator to join a world leading logistics company in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Transport Team to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Manage all transport shift activities, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with drivers and the Transport Team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Perform administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Utilize the telephone to communicate with drivers and the team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proven customer service and administration experience, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Self-sufficient and able to prioritize workload, managing time effectively.
  • Able to work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Available to work night shifts, including weekends, with a varied shift pattern.
The Role:
  • Night Shift: 7pm - 7am, with a varied shift pattern.
  • Weekend work is required, with every other weekend off.
  • Competitive hourly rate: £14.30 per hour, paid weekly.
