We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to document current processes across the organisation and develop a comprehensive process map that clearly links and interconnects these processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to document existing processes accurately
- Create detailed and user-friendly process maps that illustrate how different processes are interconnected
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights, verify process accuracy, and ensure all relevant processes are captured
- Provide regular updates and final documentation to the Head of Compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process documentation and mapping, using Visio software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a short-term contract
Salary/Pay Rate: To be negotiated
