We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to document current processes across the organisation and develop a comprehensive process map that clearly links and interconnects these processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to document existing processes accurately
  • Create detailed and user-friendly process maps that illustrate how different processes are interconnected
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights, verify process accuracy, and ensure all relevant processes are captured
  • Provide regular updates and final documentation to the Head of Compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process documentation and mapping, using Visio software
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a short-term contract
