Electrical Systems Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our electrical systems projects. As a key member of the BRUSH Group team, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to the construction and installation of electrical systems for new and existing buildings and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and labor required for projects.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards, including Health and Safety regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to meet project requirements.
  • Manage project quality and ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Lead the project team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure scope, time, and cost align with the project plan and budget.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Provide training to improve team members' technical and professional skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in project management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Manage the project aftercare process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations.
