The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive systems and components, with the ability to explain complex technical information to customers.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of completed Vehicle Health Checks by collaborating with workshop technicians.
- Communicating with customers to explain identified work, prioritize and load red work authorized into the workshop on the day, and pre-book declined amber work around the predicted timeframe.
