Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Legacy Campaign Manager to lead our clients' Legacy and In Memory Giving initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Legacy Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive legacy fundraising strategy to drive growth and increase income.
- In Memory Giving Strategy: Design and execute an in memory giving strategy to boost income and enhance donor engagement.
- Tribute Fund Programme: Create and manage a tribute fund programme, establishing and nurturing relationships with families and supporters.
- Donor Acquisition and Retention: Innovate new approaches for donor acquisition, retention, and engagement, working closely with marketing and other teams to scale the impact.
- Donor Experience: Manage the welcome experience for in memory donors and legacy enquirers, ensuring ongoing processes for thanking, stewardship, and donation processing are top-notch.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with GDPR, Fundraising Code of Practice, and best practice guidelines from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Income Generation, Marketing, and Communications teams to maintain consistency in brand and messaging.
