Operating in various educational venues, we provide a premier learn-to-swim experience for children aged 3 to 11. By utilizing local school pools, we deliver high-quality lessons, positively impacting the community and helping to sustain vital local facilities.

As part of our vibrant community of educators, managers, and leisure professionals, you will contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children. Your role will involve enhancing children's health and well-being across the UK. Are you passionate about making a difference?

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors warmly and facilitate their entry into the facility.
  • Ensure smooth access by managing attendance records.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue.
  • Provide vigilant supervision during swimming lessons to ensure safety.
  • Maintain a secure, clean, and comfortable environment at all times.
  • Assist attendees with effective first aid responses when necessary.
  • Adhere to and promote brand standards, policies, and procedures consistently.
  • Support swimming instructors and management in daily operations.
  • Guide new visitors to appropriate areas and provide them with welcome materials.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions.
  • Address inquiries regarding the facility and programs.
  • Foster strong relationships with both new and returning clients.
  • Document and relay inquiries that require follow-up.
  • Provide daily feedback to coordinators on customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about company initiatives and events.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and mission.
  • Communicate health and safety protocols effectively to all visitors.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient swimmer with confidence in water, capable of submerging to a depth of 2 meters.
  • Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor.
  • Consistently professional in conduct.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or service environments.
  • Exemplary customer service skills at all times.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Lifeguard and first aid certifications are advantageous but not mandatory, as training can be provided.
