Change Program Manager, EU Workforce Staffing

This role can be based from an operations or corporate location in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, or Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies to drive adoption and support Amazon's logistics
• Deliver communications plans to engage diverse stakeholders and reinforce WFS as a credible business partner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and lessons learned
• Participate in short-term solutions until medium- to long-term solutions are implemented

Requirements

• Proven experience in program or project management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
