About the Role

To achieve this, we're implementing proprietary tech solutions, building sophisticated data models, and optimizing our operating model for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a Change Program Manager, you'll be responsible for enabling complex and ambiguous change initiatives, delivering and executing change strategies to support change adoption, and developing project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones. You'll also communicate ideas effectively to a wide range of audiences, reinforcing WFS as a credible business partner. Additionally, you'll participate in cross-functional reviews to share best practices and lessons learned, and collaborate with teams to solve short-term issues until medium/long-term solutions are implemented.
Requirements
We're looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual with experience in program or project management, stakeholder management, and working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams. Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership is also a plus. If you're passionate about delivering scalable and sustainable associate hiring solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
