Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within Workforce Staffing (WFS), enabling support of Amazon's first, middle, and last mile Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Enable Complex Change Initiatives

Develop and implement effective communications strategies to drive multi-faceted stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.

Develop Project Governance Plans

Design and implement project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria, and project milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery of change initiatives.

Communicate Effectively

Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences, reinforcing WFS as a credible business partner and escalating issues before they become large-scale risks.

Understand Interdependencies

Understand the interdependencies of programs, including workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements, and program support.

Participate in Cross-Functional Reviews

Participate in cross-functional reviews to share best practices and lessons learned, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Collaborate with Teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Program or Project Management Experience

Experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.

Stakeholder Management Experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

Cross-Functional Experience

Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, driving collaboration and seamless execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. End-to-End Delivery Experience

Experience in driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and driving business outcomes.

Complex Issue Resolution Experience

Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.
