We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Team Assistant to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As an HR Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations, providing administrative support, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.
- Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, undertaking pre-employment checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Help manage employee queries, assist in the preparation of HR documents, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, including intranet updates, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Experience: At least 2 years previous experience in an administrative role is required, preferably gained within a professional services environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, high level of confidentiality and professionalism, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, and adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
