We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SLB. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods and materials within our global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, including validation and approval of commercial invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely application of import and export duty tariff codes and DG status for all shipments.
- Monitor shipment execution, track movements, and manage deviations with logistics suppliers while keeping internal stakeholders informed.
- Ensure compliance with international transport regulations and SLB policies and processes.
- Complete import and export declaration documents electronically.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
