Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and support to residents in our care homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and making adjustments as needed
  • Providing education and training to residents, families, and care team members on various aspects of care and health
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC pin and current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and care team members
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with the ability to assess and manage complex care needs
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
