Job Title: Teletriage Nurse Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teletriage Nurse Clinician to join our team at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Teletriage Nurse Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our community.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nursing Associate or Assistant Practitioner to undertake further education and training to become a Registered Nurse. The programme will commence in January and will be delivered using a full-time study model. You will be required to attend taught sessions in university or be placed in a clinical environment to enable you to achieve the NMC standards of Proficiency and professional values.

Main Duties:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to our community
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Participate in education and training to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge
Person Specification:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Registered Nursing Associate or Assistant Practitioner qualification
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths or ESFA approved equivalent
  • Basic IT skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Positive and caring attitude
