Position Overview:
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the execution and enhancement of comprehensive solutions for fund administration across the entire operational spectrum.
  • Support Product Development: Assist in the requirements gathering and design processes for Investment Book of Record (IBOR), Shadow Net Asset Value (NAV), cash flow forecasting, and pre-trade compliance related to product improvements and new projects.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Assess and articulate business needs from various stakeholders to facilitate development and implementation.
  • Solution Delivery Management: Take ownership of the delivery process, which includes leading meetings, conducting workshops, securing acceptance criteria sign-offs, and managing the implementation phase.
  • Process Documentation: Analyze and document business workflows and conduct reviews of target operating models.
  • Risk Identification: Recognize high-risk areas and recurring issues, and contribute to enhancing controls and processes to mitigate risks.
  • Support Leadership: Assist senior management in driving departmental initiatives and project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for new functionalities that can enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned that are incidental to the role described above.
  • Qualifications: A solid understanding of front-to-back office fund administration services, experience in an Agile environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with large datasets, APIs, PostgreSQL, PowerBI, and JIRA is essential.
  • Work Environment: Demonstrated ability to work meticulously in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively, along with familiarity in fund administration and banking workflows.
  • Educational Background: A BS/BA in business economics, finance, or accounting is preferred, along with a strong work ethic, proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio, and experience in system analysis, business process documentation, and alternative investment fund services. Familiarity with systems such as Geneva, Investran, or Finbourne is advantageous.
  • Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis and working knowledge of Advent Geneva will be prioritized.
