**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious Cardiff Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.
- Sell our exceptional art, including works by renowned artists such as Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp.
- Participate in new releases and gallery events and exhibitions to strengthen and make the most of client relationships.
- Drive and achieve sales targets, working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed gallery targets.
- Effectively communicate with clients in person and by phone, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Adapt to different client needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the gallery.
**Requirements**
- Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
- Highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets.
- Confident in ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
- Confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service.
- Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and ability to adapt to different client needs.
- Ability to support current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery.
- Enthusiastic, engaging individual who enjoys interaction with clients.
- Desirable to have a driving license for possible home consultation visits with clients.
- Ability to handle moderate physical duties on a daily basis.
