About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Ambassador to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Fragrance Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect scent for their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance products, including their ingredients, benefits, and features.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to create an engaging and immersive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • A passion for fragrance and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
