About the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to join the pharmacy team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, providing patient-centered care and ensuring the safe and efficient supply of medication to patients through our dispensary, adhering to pharmacy standards set by the GPHC.
You will be embedded in our multi-skilled dispensary team, supporting the dispensary manager in completing appraisals, organizing workflows, rotas, and the general running of our busy dispensary.
As a key member of the trust, you will be part of an exceptional team working together to provide care to our patients when they need it most.
You will provide supervision and development of colleagues, maintaining our core services.
High self-motivation, leadership skills, and the ability to plan and work independently and as part of the wider healthcare team are essential to deliver excellent pharmaceutical care to our patients.
Working PatternWorking per week, with a requirement to participate in 7-day working, including late duties, bank holidays, and weekend working.
