Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Head of Commercial to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Research and develop leads through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

- Prepare and present briefings, proposals, and presentations to current and prospective clients.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive and adapt strategies accordingly.
- At least 3 years' experience in a target-driven Business Development Management role for a service provider, using consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Experience researching potential accounts, identifying key players, and developing inroads to generate interest.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to maintain a robust sales pipeline and track leads, opportunities, and prospects.
- Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision, and the application of good analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen, foresight, and an innovative instinct, able to adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
