Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
