Position Overview
As a Climbing Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an engaging and secure environment for our community members to explore their climbing potential. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all climbing activities are conducted safely and enjoyably.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a vibrant and safe atmosphere for participants to enjoy climbing.
- Conduct comprehensive safety briefings prior to each session, ensuring all participants understand safety protocols and the climbing area is free from hazards.
- Engage with climbers of all ages, providing support and encouragement throughout their climbing experience.

Candidate Profile
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A climbing wall instructor qualification is preferred, but active participation in top rope climbing is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with children, is advantageous. We are committed to training and developing our team members.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with participants.
