Key Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer new opportunities and research potential clients to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture valuable business connections with major clients over the phone.
  • Collaborate globally with the project director to represent our innovative global events.
  • Drive market expansion and help us grow our footprint and influence in your designated country.
  • Leverage technology to manage and update leads and prospects daily.
  • Thrive on training and receive top-notch support to excel and grow within the role.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about events, advertising, sales, and marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive to surpass goals.

Your Daily Challenge:

  • Make 100+ calls per day.
  • Spend at least 2 1⁄2 hours daily engaging with prospects.
  • Deliver 5-8 compelling pitches each day.
  • Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per day (project-based hours may vary).
  • Maintain a pipeline of at least 100 active leads in our CRM.
  • Report daily with 2-3 qualified callbacks to the Project Director.
