Bridgwater & Taunton College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our MIS Team as a Customer Service Administrator. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to learners and employers, ensuring a seamless recruitment and enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and processing of learner and employer information
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and employers
  • Provide accurate and efficient data-entry services
  • Collaborate with other College Departments to obtain and record necessary information
