About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Customer Inspector team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with customers, and scheduling work for field staff within service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customers' expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Book appointments and schedule work for field staff within SLAs.
  • Ensure work is completed within strict SLAs and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent team, multi-tasking, customer service, communication, and motivational skills. You will also need to be able to make clear, decisive, and efficient judgements while giving clear direction to all parties who require work progress and outcome updates.
