Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage site teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to complete projects.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and other team members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that potential issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
