We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of Smoke Ventilation and Fire Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry and excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects as directed to specification, on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients to promote good working relationships and assist project delivery.
  • Manage all technical aspects of the project, ensuring full compliance with specification and current legislation.
  • Inspect and manage installation work to ensure quality and performance.
  • Represent FDS interests and protect contractual and commercial relationships.
  • Manage financially related issues, including procurement, invoicing, and debt collection.
  • Follow due process and report project status via the contract reporting system.
  • Carry out final reviews to ensure compliance with specification and design constraints.
  • Ensure O&M information and certification are prepared and issued in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Experience within this role or a similar role.
  • Team player with a self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects and manage time effectively.
  • Organization skills and a valid UK driving license.
