- Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including counseling, education, and support, to promote mental health and well-being.
- Coordinate Care Services: Arrange and coordinate care services, including referrals to specialist services, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supervise and Mentor: Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and professional development.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using electronic health records systems, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Mental Health) Qualification: Possess a valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the relevant regulatory body.
