Job Title: Postdoctoral Researcher in Pharmacometrics

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at CK Group. As a Postdoctoral Researcher in Pharmacometrics, you will play a key role in advancing our understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and develop mathematical models to understand the behavior of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) in preclinical and clinical settings.
  • Establish a comprehensive framework for modelling ADC PK/PD and exposure-response relationships.
  • Develop a cellular mathematical model with a deep understanding of physiochemical properties and the mechanism of action of ADC components.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, Computational Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using relevant software such as R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Experience in QSP, PK/PD, exposure-response modeling or other modelling & simulation related discipline.
  • Understanding of pharmacokinetics and/or pharmacodynamic principles.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
