Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Contribute to the sales process, promoting products and driving sales growth.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with a keen eye for fashion and detail.
