The Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and work with a diverse group of individuals who may have acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, learning and/or physical disabilities, autism, drug/alcohol misuse, forensic backgrounds, or homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centered support to individuals with diverse needs
- Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility
- Encouraging independence and participation in activities
- Maintaining confidentiality and respecting the dignity of service users
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who shares our passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
The role does not require prior experience, as full training will be provided.
It is essential that the successful candidate understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.
