We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Team Secretary and Personal Assistant to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment Limited.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing a high level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents as required.
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Experience in a similar role or industry would be an advantage.
- A competitive salary of £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
- A hybrid or office-based working arrangement after a qualifying period.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health and medical insurance, 23 days annual leave, and bank holidays.
