About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Secure Mortgages and Protection Ltd. (SMP). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying and speaking to UK-based clients to obtain protection policies, including life cover, critical illness, income protection, key person, and/or property financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and speak to UK-based clients to obtain protection policies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their protection needs are met
  • Work closely with our marketing and administration teams to support business growth and development
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements
  • At least 12 months' experience selling insurance and protection products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Professional R05 insurance exam qualification (or willingness to study for it)
