Forest Care Selection is seeking a skilled Peripatetic Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide support to our home managers across the South West and East of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide caretaker management support in the absence of the home manager.
- Support home managers with various projects and improvement plans.
- Undertake head office visits and oversight of projects for the divisional director.
- Significant experience in care and nursing home management.
- Nursing qualification RGN and Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Flexibility to travel across the portfolio with stays away from home.
- Base salary of £67,900.
- £4,000 car allowance.
- 25 days leave plus bank holidays.
- Leading pension scheme and employer contribution.
- Medical Health Benefit.
- Career progression opportunities.
