Job Title: Regional Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Flogas Britain. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our health, safety, security, and environmental management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the National Health, Safety, Security & Environment Manager in the development and implementation of our HSE strategy
  • Collaborate with operational managers and supervisors to investigate HSE incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and establish corrective actions
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues on HSE-related matters, including risk management and compliance
  • Develop and maintain effective HSE management systems, including incident reporting and investigation procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our safety culture and positive safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of HSE-related legislation and standards
  • Experience in delivering improved HSE performance, particularly in a multi-sited operational environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, with experience using database, spreadsheet, word processing, and incident management software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong commitment to HSE team targets and organisational objectives
  • Able to accommodate flexible working hours, including regular travel and overnight stays
  • Full driving licence
