Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for families visiting the prison
- Offer advice, support, and information to friends and families visiting the prison
- Work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless experience for families
- Manage a demanding workload with excellent organisational skills
- Support colleagues in Pact's family work and contribute to the development of our family services
