Sales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Workstreet. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Log and track outbound activity using Salesforce.
  • Update customer information in our CRM and ERP systems.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • B2B sales administration, account management, or support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Excel.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks and actions.
  • Experience working in the software industry is desirable but not essential.
