About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in the London Borough of Hounslow. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families, empowering them to make positive decisions about their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality social work services to children, adults, and families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement effective care plans, and monitor progress to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare providers, education specialists, and community organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers, promoting trust, respect, and empowerment.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice in social work.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in Adults or Children's Social Care, with a strong understanding of social work principles and practices.
  • Registration with the Social Work England register, with a professional Social Work qualification (CQSW, DIPSW, or BA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to provide cover 7 days a week.
