We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in the London Borough of Hounslow. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families, empowering them to make positive decisions about their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social work services to children, adults, and families in need
  • Assess and develop care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Empower individuals to take control of their lives and make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in Adults or Children's Social Care
  • Awareness of and ability to implement relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014
  • Professional Social Work qualification (CQSW, DIPSW, or BA)
