Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Account Manager to join our team. As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid social advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google, Meta, Snap, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, building trust and growing accounts
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social advertising strategies across various platforms
    • Create and manage app-focused paid social advertising campaigns, ensuring full optimization to maximize client KPIs, including user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for clients detailing insights, optimizations, and recommendations for improvements
  • Account Growth and Development
    • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts; strategize and implement initiatives to drive account and revenue growth
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to implement into campaigns and help drive performance
  • Industry Knowledge and Best Practices
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in paid social advertising to provide insight for client campaigns

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of proven experience in paid social campaign management, ideally within app or mobile marketing across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google
  • Previous agency account management experience, ideally within app/mobile marketing or similar digital agency
  • Strong working knowledge of ad formats, targeting, and optimization techniques specific to each platform
  • Confident, fluid communication skills and strong presentation ability
  • Proficient in utilizing campaign management and analytical tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building long-standing client relationships, alongside being a collaborative team member
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret and present data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts
  • Motivated, proactive, can-do mindset
